Terms of service

Effective October 10, 2026. Tabfather is operated by Larry Parks.

Using Tabfather

These terms govern use of Tabfather, operated by Larry Parks. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business you manage. Alcohol service remains subject to the age and licensing requirements that apply to your event.

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and give access only to authorized people. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Solo is $49/month or $490/year; Team is $99/month or $990/year; Multi-operator is $199/month. Plan features and the billing interval you select appear before checkout. Taxes and any applicable charges are displayed by the payment provider.

A subscription renews automatically at its selected interval until cancelled. Business owners can manage payment details and cancel renewal through the billing portal in Business settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless the account is closed or suspended for misuse. Contact larry@leapaheadlabs.com for billing errors or refund requests. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.

We will communicate material price changes before a subsequent renewal. Payment processing, connected accounts, and optional third-party services may have their own fees and terms. Those fees are separate from your Tabfather subscription.

Events, payments, and responsible service

Tabfather provides software for businesses and crews. The business named in an event portal is responsible for its services, prices, signed agreements, refund policy, staffing, insurance, permits, tax obligations, and lawful alcohol service. Tabfather does not supply alcohol or grant permission to serve it.

Planning calculations and sourced rules assist your decisions. Confirm the current requirements for the venue and jurisdiction before operating. Verification status, flagged rules, and missing evidence require your attention; a completed checklist is not a regulatory approval.

Booking payments and refunds follow the business’s agreement and payment-provider rules. Tips are voluntary and do not purchase access to alcohol. Tabfather does not take a platform fee on staff tips; payment-processor fees may apply. Businesses remain responsible for wages, employment classification, payroll, and required reporting.

Your records and permitted use

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You authorize us and our service providers to process it as needed to operate the service, deliver your requested workflows, and maintain its security. Obtain permission to upload or share other people’s information and documents.

Do not use Tabfather for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, falsified evidence, unauthorized access, or interference with other accounts. Do not upload malicious software or attempt to bypass account permissions. We may suspend access to address misuse, security threats, or overdue payment.

Availability and account closure

Availability can be affected by maintenance, network conditions, or third-party outages. Offline actions may require reconnection before they are synchronized or confirmed by a provider. Maintain the records and contingency arrangements necessary for your business.

You can export records and request closure in Business settings. Resolve active bookings and pending payouts before closing a business account. Closure does not cancel your responsibilities to clients, staff, payment providers, or regulators, and retained evidence is handled as described in the privacy policy.

Changes and support

We may update the service and these terms. We will identify the effective date and give notice of material changes through the service or account email. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
